Question:
Hello, I have just placed an order for a Trailer Hitch #e98844 for using it to carry a Bike Rack. I am installing it on a Highlander 2015 Limited. I would like to get some installation help as I would like to do it myself if possible. I would like to know what are the various tools I may need for this project and also would it be considered a must have to raise the vehicle with a Jack? Thank You.

If you click the provided link, you can see an install video showing the etrailer brand # e98844 being installed on a 2015 Toyota Highlander like yours. According to the linked installation instructions, you'll need the following tools:
• Ratchet
• Torque Wrench
• 10mm socket
• 17mm socket
• 19mm socket
• 1/2 inch socket
• 6 inch extension
• Flat blade screwdriver
• Rotary Tool or sharp utility knife
• Safety glasses
As you can see from the video, the installation isn't too involved. You could most likely compete the install without lifting the rear end, but it would be a lot easier to raise the rear of the vehicle by using ramps or jack stands.
