Is a 2015 mitsubishi Outlander sport capable of four flat tow and how do you set tbe configuration?

Per the owner's manual for 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport it can not be flat towed or 2 wheel down dolly towed because this could cause damage to the drivetrain. It is recommended in the manual that you always flat bed or trailer tow your vehicle.
If you trailer tow your vehicle I recommend the Bulldog Winch 13-Piece Ratcheting Vehicle Tie-Down Strap Set - 3,335 lbs Item # BDW20350.
