Replacement Pin Box For LCI 16K Turning Point Pin Box On A 2020 Rockwood 5th Wheel

Question:

I am looking to replace the factory installed LCI Turning Point king pin on my 2020 Rockwood 5th wheel. The LCI item number is 7299793 on the king pin / component. It has 4 bolts on each side, 2 within 2 inches of each other and then an 8 inch or so space and then 2 more bolts close together all 4 bolts are in line with each other on each side. I currently have this locked so it wont turn as I have a truck with an 8 foot bed and dont need or want this rotating feature. I am looking to replace the Turning Point with an air ride kin pin to reduce chucking and smooth out the ride over road bumps. I am using a BandW Patriot 16K hitch in the truck. Trailer has a gross weight of approximately 12.5K. Can you help me determine which model air ride king pins will work on this trailer? Thanks.

For your 2020 Rockwood 5th Wheel, there aren't many options for an air ride pin box that is compatible to replace your current turning point pin box. I recommend Item # LC328492 which has an 18,000lb towing capacity and is the closest to your gross trailer weight for an air ride pin box you can get
