You can definitely run constant power to the 7 way if needed. All you would need is a length of wiring and a circuit breaker. Twenty feet of the Deka 12 Gauge Primary Wire # 12-1-1 would give you a bit of excess, but it never hurts to get a little more than ending up needing a little more. I highly suggest going with a 40 amp circuit breaker since this will be installed directly in line from the battery to the 7 way plug.
You will need to remove the 12 volt power wire from the 7 way, which is in the 2 o'clock position when looking at the back of the vehicle. If you are unsure of its location, the 7 Way Tester # C73NR does make it easy to find. Once that is removed, you will need to insert and secure the 12 gauge wire # 12-1-1 and run it up to the battery, making sure not to connect it to any moving parts. Before you connect the wire to the battery, you will want to find a location where the circuit breaker # PK54540 can be installed. As this will be constant power, it wouldn't hurt to find a location that is easy to access in case it burns out. But this is all you would need to do to get up and running. I will add that it is also a good idea to bind the added power wire to the other wires on the back of the 7 way with electrical tape or a heat shrink type material to seal the connection and keep it from coming loose.
