I cant find a 2007 Keystone Everest in the list of 5th wheel brake assemblies. What comes up is the cougar model. I need an assembly for a 16 inch wheel on an Everest unless Everest is in the cougar line. Which do I use

I would be happy to help, but you are correct we do not have your 2007 Keystone Everest 5th wheel trailer in our fit guide so you will need to measure your current brakes to determine the correct replacements.
To do this you will need to remove one of your hubs and measure the diameter, and depth as shown in the included diagram.
The most likely two options are the 10" x 2-1/4" # AKEBRK-35-SA which are used on 3500lb axles, or the 12" x 2" # AKEBRK-7-SA.
