can this be mounted on and enclosed trailer single swing door

I wouldn't recommend mounting the Erickson # EM77316 spare tire carrier on the door of an enclosed trailer. The carrier is meant to be installed inside an enclosed trailer, and is designed to hold the tire upright, not suspend it so the tire needs to be sitting on the trailer floor while installed on the carrier, as shown in the linked video. If the carrier is installed as intended, it'll be difficult to open or close the door as the tire would be in contact with the floor of the trailer.

I'd recommend going with an E-track mounted carrier like # 3481743 which can be used anywhere you can install E-Track or an anchor like # SLSS. The carrier is strong enough to suspend the spare tire off the ground using properly installed E-Track. One thing I'd caution you about, though. Adding a tire to a door will add weight to it which could cause problems if the wind catches the door.
