I have a 7 x 14 enclosed trailer with 3/4 inch plywood floor do i need to weld these d rings to frame or will the backing plate be good enough. i am tieing down 1000lb trencher machine

Considering the weight of your trencher machine I would recommend you secure the Trailer D-Ring Tie Down # RR05 to the frame of your trailer. You could do this by securing the backing plate # BP05 to your frame and then attaching the # RR05 to it.
I would recommend you have a qualified welder attach the # BP05 to your trailer frame.
