Does the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes Have a Hitch Lock

Question:
Is there any locking hitch pin solution that is compatible with the Thule 9034XTR platform rack? The hitch stem has single a threaded connection that does not pass through to the opposite side which suggests that any currently available locking pin option would not work. Is the side

The Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes part # TH83JV has an integrated hitch lock though it does not use the traditional hitch pin lock. Instead, it uses a locking knob which is used to tighten and loose the connection inside the hitch. If the knob is locked, the shank cannot be removed from the hitch.
