For that, I recommend using the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 18"-51" Wide - 2" Drop - Class III - 2" # C13701, which will fit on RVs and trailers with box frame, c-channel frame or I-beam frames between 18" and 51" apart. This will work just fine for your Holiday Rambler and the 2" drop makes it easier to use hitch mounted accessories.
