How long does the shank extend from the bottom of the base of the. BWRVK3050. And how long is the slot in the shank.

The post of the # BWRVK3050 Companion 5th Wheel Hitch for flat bed trucks that installs into their Turnover Ball hitch is 4-1/8 inches long, and the slot in the post measures 3-1/2 inches long, as shown in the provided photo. The # BWRVK3050 is meant to sit directly on the deck of a flatbed truck. If the Turnover Ball is installed in a recessed well, that well needs to be at least 18 x 18 inches to accommodate the footprint of the
# BWRVK3050 hitch.
