I reached out to Thule and the Thule HideAway Awning Adapter for Dodge ProMaster Cargo Van # TH308960 you were looking at will only work with the low roof models.

At this time Thule does not offer an adapter for the high roof models.

Yep, the Thule HideAway Awning #TH620001 does indeed come with the brackets that allow you to mount the poles to your RV instead of the ground.
