The Camco Olympian Wave 8 Catalytic Safety Heater, # CAM57351, is adjustable from 4,200 to 8,000 BTUs. It appears their rating of using 1/3 lb per hour is operating at, while not maximum, a high setting.
A gallon of propane contains 91,502 BTU. There is 0.236 gallons per each pound of propane when the propane tank is at a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
A typical 20 lb. propane bottle will have approximately 4.5 gallons of propane.
