For your Fan-Tastic Create a Breeze Fan 8100TS I recommend the MaxxAir FanMate RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover Item # MA00-955003 and the Bug Screen for MaxxAir FanMate Roof Vent Covers Item # MA00-955203
This will allow you to have your vent open even when it's raining without having to worry about water damaging your camper.
They also make this cover in white if you would prefer that color item # MA00-955001
I've attached a video that goes over installation for you as well.
