There is not a fuse we carry for the 8000 Series of Fan-Tastic vent. It does use a 4 amp slow blow fuse so to make fuse access simpler you can use In-Line Fuse Holder # C58470-1 and if you need to replace the bow-tie bracket, motor, and blade the correct part is Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit # FVK8017-00
