Question:
Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles - In the video for the installation of this product I also have a 2020 Jeep Trailhawk, he just left the red wire hanging at the front of the car and then moved on to connecting the wires to the 7-pin connector. What is that wire supposed to connect to? Also, I dont understand why he had to go into the 7-pin connector? If he was adding the red wire, where in the coach did that come from?

There are two Roadmaster Charge line kits. # RM-156-25 for your towed vehicle, and # RM-156-75 for your motor coach. Each kit is only installed if needed.
Regarding the Roadmaster # RM-156-25, it is assumed that you have a standard 7-way RV Style connection on the back of your motorhome. Then it is assumed that you have a standard 7-way to 6-way cable for towed vehicles running between your motorhome and your towed vehicle.
You can open the back of your 6-way connector to attach the wire for the battery charge line connector to the center pin which should be your 12-volt accessory/charge connection. You can test this by measuring the voltage on that pin. The kit provides you parts to wire from the 6-way connector to a stand-alone breaker, then wire to run to the towed car's battery.
Regarding the Roadmaster # RM-156-75, this runs a charge line from the back of your motorhomes 7-way connector to a breaker, then to the battery. Most times a 7-way connector preinstalled on your motorhome has a live 12 volt supply already. You test this with a volt meter.
All wires are connected in this way.
If you need a voltmeter, you could use the Performance Tools # PT89ZR tester.
If your circustances are different, just email me aback for a revised recommendation.
