The Reese Pro Series 6", Detachable Caster # PS1400750340 has a sleeve that fits 2" diameter jack tubes. This caster is only rated for 1200lbs so you will want to ensure that the tongue weight doesn't exceed that.
The Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack # TV64FR has a 2" diameter bottom jack tube, so you can replace your current foot pad with the detachable caster.
