Does the F2 2000 lbs trailer jack have a replacement wheel instead of the flare plate?

The foot plate of the Fulton # F1413200334 F2 Trailer Jack isn't removable. For a similar jack with a caster wheel, you'd want to go with # F1413050334. Because the caster wheel limits the weight capacity, the # F1413050334 jack has a 1600 lb capacity, versus the 2000 lb capacity of the # F1413200334 jack you'd looked at.
