Help please....I am a novice with camper. Have a Dometic B57915-711Co DUCTED ac. What would be the best replacement. Goes in a 2019 26' Forest River Salem Lite. I do have ducts.

Hey Sandra, thanks for the information! To replace your Dometic B57915-711 ac unit you'll need to replace the entire system. I recommend the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System item # ADV69QR in black or item # ADV99QR in white. These systems are designed for ducted applications and will install using the existing cutout and wiring. They include a 15,500 btu air condition with R32 refrigerant, an air distribution box and a thermostat.
Due to an EPA regulations change, none of the newer AC units are compatible with the older Dometic air boxes because all of the old R410A units and their parts are being phased out. Not only will the item # ADV69QR in black or item # ADV99QR in white allow you to avoid any compatibility issues, it will allow you to upgrade to an AC unit with the new R32 refrigerant.
