The Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package- Single Jaw - 27,000 lbs # RP30922 and Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package - Single Jaw - 20,000 lbs # RP30921 you were looking at for your 2021 Ford F-350 8' bed with the OEM prep package have the same base, with the difference being the heavier duty head unit and head support on the # RP30922 to give it the extra 7000lb towing capacity.

Overall they are nearly the same size, with the # RP30922 weighing about 5lbs more than the # RP30921.
