I have another option for you, but the Replacement Head Assembly for B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 18,000 lbs # BWRVC3200 you were looking at is for the Patriot series hitches and will not fit your B&W Companion base for the B&W Turnoverball.
Instead you will need the Replacement Head Assembly for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 25,000 lbs # BWRVC3006 which will work perfectly with your current base.
