Question:
Item #59502. How much does it weigh? Do they make a smaller version that still goes into a 2 receiver? I need something with a rise.

The 22 x 59 Rola 59502 hitch mounted cargo carrier weighs about 68 lbs minus the shipping packaging. The carrier has a 2 inch rise, and is the smallest Rola carrier that's compatible with a 2 inch receiver.
If you wanted the smaller/lighter 19 x 47 inch carrier, I'd recommend the # C18110 from Curt. The carrier's shank also has a 3-3/4 inch rise and it would work great in your 2 inch receiver using the included adapter sleeve.
Another alternative would be the Reese 20 x 48 carrier for 2 inch hitches, part # 6502. This carrier features a folding shank that provides 3 inches of rise, and would allow the carrier to fold up flat against the rear of the vehicle when it's not being used, as long as the distance between the hitch pin hole of your receiver and the furthest rearward point of your bumper isn't more than around 7 inches.
I've linked to demonstration videos for the carriers I mentioned.
