I’m looking for 45” extension drawer slides with various load capacity to choose from. We plan to mount them in cargo/basement of 2002 Jayco Designer 5th wheel travel trailer. Thank you

We have a couple options close to 45 inches long for slide-out tray assemblies that may work for you. These are rail kits that have a 1,000 lb capacity but do not come with the plywood bottom, that is something you would need to configure. The good part about the Kwikee SuperSlide assemblies is that they do allow you to customize the width, and you can choose from the following lengths, depending on the depth of your cargo department.
- 42" Long: Kwikee SuperSlide I RV Storage Slide Out Tray Assembly # LC370764
- 48" Long: Kwikee SuperSlide I RV Storage Slide Out Tray Assembly # LC370765
The other option is a complete cargo slide assembly from MORryde, and the closest they come to 45 inches long is 36" and 48". These have an 800 lb capacity and also have cargo trays with fixed widths, so the right one would depend on that as well. For example:
- 36" x 29": MORryde Sliding Tray for RV Cargo Compartment # MR27FR
- 48" x 42": MORryde Sliding Tray for RV Cargo Compartment # MR73FR
