I have a solution for you that's fairly easy to give you some lift on your trailer, but you will need to first determine the diameter of your axle and whether or not your springs are mounted under the axle.
As long as the springs are mounted under the axle then the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8" diameter (3500-lbs axles typically) or # K71-385-00 for 3" diameter (5000-lbs axles typically) will be the best solution. These kits will provide lift equivalent to the diameter of the axle plus the height of the spring pack, so you should get around 3-1/2" to 4-1/2" of lift depending on your spring height.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, but this would be the most cost effective solution and it works with most configurations.
