Can I Reuse Old Thule Square Bars on My 2017 Ford Edge?

I have about 72 inch long square Thule crossbar that wraps and tightens around roof rail. I have traded off my old car for Ford Edge, without roof rail. I no longer have roof rail to fasten to my existing rack, I find dealer roof rails expensive, is there Thule adapter to use my square crossbars that fastens to my Ford Edge roof?

The correct Thule Square Bar kit for your 2017 Ford Edge is Thule SquareBar Evo 50" Crossbars # TH712300, Evo Feet # TH710501, and fit kit # TH145074.
Unfortunately, your 72" Thule Square crossbars won't fit on your 2017 Ford Edge for two reasons: length and compatibility. The recommended length for crossbars of a Ford Edge is around 50" long. Too long crossbars will result in excess overhang that can be illegal in some areas especially if it's wider than your car.
As for compatibility, the # TH145074 custom fit kit that Thule makes to fit your roof only works with Evo feet # TH710501. The Evo feet only work with Evo SquareBars that have the hollow opening underneath. If you have older Thule Square bars, there are no adapters to make them compatible with the new Evo Feet.
If you want a new roof rack for your car, the mentioned Thule kit will work. If you're looking for something a little more budget-friendly, then Rhino-Rack has a good roof rack system with parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, # DK432.
