The Dutton-Lainson # DL22339 Square Tube Swivel Jack isn't a trailer-specific part. It'll fit the frame member of your 2013 Ranger Trail boat trailer if the frame member is between 3 and 5 inches in height. I've linked you to a product demonstration video featuring the # DL22339 jack. The jack has a 1700 lb capacity, and the 8 inch caster wheel makes it easy to maneuver the trailer around when needed. The jack also features a grease zerk, which is a nice feature that isn't found an all trailer jacks.
