Question:
I had a question in regards to getting a replacement torsion axel for my 1990 Starcraft Starflyer Pop up trailer. what kits would you recommend as suitable replacement.

We don't offer replacement torsion beam axles, but we do offer the Timbren Axle-Less suspension that typically doesn't require an axle beam and won't require leaf springs, which could be a good solution for you.
My research indicates that the Starflyer weighed around 1200 lbs. If the ID tag on your pop-up confirms this, we offer some Timbren Axle-Less suspension systems that would work for you.
For the system with 4 on 4 bolt pattern idler hubs included, I'd recommend the # A12RS440. You can see a demonstration video of a typical system by clicking the provided link.
