I have a solution for you, and the Dexter Over-Under conversion kits are designed to fit specific axle diameters; I wasn't able to find any information on the axle specs on a Runaway Cool Camp camper but you can check the specs on the sticker/plate that is on the center of your axle to determine what you've got. I've listed the available over-under conversion kits and their corresponding diameters/capacities for you to compare to what you've got.
Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 is for 2-3/8 inch axles or 3500-lbs capacity
Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 is for 3 inch axles 5200 to 7000-lbs capacity
If you've got a different capacity or sized axle, let me know and I can see what else might be available to help you raise the trailer a bit.
