Question:

2017 Winnebago View 24v. Does the 1 3/8” bar line up with the original bar holes and are 4 new holes needed for the 1 1/2 “ bar?

It sounds like you are asking about how the two sway bars line up for installation on a 2017 Winnebago View 24V with a 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis.

The important thing to consider is the vehicle style here. For a Class C motorhome style of the 3500 chassis (which the Winnebago would be), you will need the 1-1/2" diameter sway bar, which is part # RM-1209-131. This will require 4 holes to be drilled in order to mount two of the brackets. I've linked to a video installation of this bar that demonstrates this.

If, however, you had the van and cutaway style of the 3500 chassis (which you do not), then you would use the 1-3/8" diameter sway bar, part # RM-1209-120. This one does not require drilling, but again, this is not the one for you.
