I recommend using 40 Ft 5-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A40W5B, which is a kit that will replace your entire 5 way boat wiring setup and give you the 5 way connection at the front of the trailer. The lighting wires are 40 feet long, which will be more than enough. It comes with a 30" ground wire (white) that will be connected to the frame of your trailer. The blue wire is 60" and will be connected to your brake solenoid if you have one; your trailer may not require this, as it may use a surge brake actuator without a solenoid. The brown wire is for the tail light signal, the yellow wire is for the driver side stop/turn signal, and the green wire is for the passenger side stop/turn signal. If you actually have 4 way wiring and not 5 way, then use 35 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness - Wishbone Style - 42" Ground # A35W42B.
Now that we have the hard part out of the way, let's move on to tail lights. You will want to measure your old tail lights to determine the size. According to my research, it looks like GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL178RB will fit your 1994 Bass Cat Pantera 2 boat trailer. These are waterproof/submersible and are DOT compliant. The dimensions are 7-1/2" wide, 3-5/16" tall, and 1-1/8" deep; these are also considered 6-1/2" as this is the light face dimension. You will want to measure and make sure these will fit your trailer; I am attaching a link to our trailer lights in case these are not the correct fitment. I have included demonstration videos for the LED lights and the wiring kit.
