Question:

Looking for a spare tire winch to go under my gooseneck . Has to be able to use the handle at an angle some how to get the tire out . I have room under my trailer between two metal beams to lower .

For a spare tire winch for your trailer I recommend the Lippert Components Spare Tire Winch with Offset Cable # LC159056 which will mount to the frame of the trailer.

You will also need the Replacement Crank Extension for Lippert Spare Tire Winch Assemblies # LC1315411 which will be permanently mounted to the winch. If you need to shorten the extension you can cut the side with the hole and re-drill the hole after you have the extension cut to the proper length.

Using the Replacement Crank Handle for Lippert Manual Scissor Jack # LC285324 will allow you to raise and lower your spare tire.
