The parts arived quickly - were corret and the instructions were good.
Simple, sturdy and easy to install and use. Really did not want the full width “bar” style device. The 2 piece, individual mounting lugs appealed to me. Glad it worked so well on my 2020 GMC Canyon. Wife and I did all our own installation.
The brackets were exactly correct for my vehicle. Disassembly was a little different from described in the Roadmaster information.

I bought the base plate for a 2019 Ford Transit Van, since they do not make one for the 2020 model year. I installed it on my 2020 Ford Transit 350 with few issues related to fitment. I have towed the van all over the southeast U.S. with no problems at all.

Item fit perfectly. Installed myself in about a day. After a few scratched up hands removing the front bumper cover the base plates were easy to install on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. removed the tow hooks and had to trim a little around the hole to reinstall front.
Kit was easy to install. I am not a mechanic and it took about 4 hours taking it slow. one thing Road Master Needs to do is give a better picture/description of how to remove the clips on the airdam and the foam bumber backer. Not very intuative and it held me up a few minutes to figure out. no specific [online videos] on this. overall produt is very good.
Always reliable sand prompt service. I have had 3 sets for different vehicles with only 1 breakage over the many miles traveled. Would have been a 5 but I had to go find pins to attach hitch to Instructions were great but videos at site better.
It’s exactly what I wanted, I’ll install it tomorrow.
You guy always do a good job for me. I’m sure the parts will be fine as they have been on the past two vehicles I towed. I haven’t put the parts on yet or I would sent pictures. When the truck is air ready to go I’ll send you pictures. Thanks again.

All the products I ordered from etrailer,fit and worked excellent for me to be able to flat tow my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado behind our motorhome. I live in Canada and fast delivery on the products I ordered. I will order from etrailer again
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, I have only towed our vehicle once but, the Roadmaster Base Plates fit and worked as expected.
Base plates are of high quality heavy steel. Installation of the base plates was very precise and the step by step instructions were easy to follow. Base plates work perfectly and are easy to use.
Installation was straight forward following the instructions, if I recall no drilling was required, it took a couple of short days in my garage, for some steps a second person would have helped. When not towing the hook ups easily remove for a clean look. My only complaint is that there is a bit too much slack in the system which allows the toad to drift left and right more than I like resulting in some sway. Some of it is in the base plate system, some is in the tow bar
Terrific product! Easy installation and the locking and removal mechanism make it easy to use. Far better than other base plated I've used in the past.

Terrific product! Easy to install after watching the detailed video instruction provided by etrailer. Easy to connect to my RV. I have recommended this product to others.
This is the fifth Roadmaster base plate that I have purchased. I will not use another brand as I feel it is the best for the money and Quality, installs easy as well. We just got them today and have not installed yet. so no photos sorry.

Super solid and love the quick connect pin designs. Has the integrated tow chain attachment point.
Very easily installed and simple to use. Has worked well. Makes the truck very easy to connect to the RV and you really don’t notice that you’re towing anything.

Son in law and I put it all in ourselves. Took about 5 hours .
I chose the Roadmaster EZ5 base plate for my 2018 Colorado because its connection height would work better with my motorhome's hitch height. Installation was fairly straightforward but I found the supplied instructions lacking in a few areas. Although it took me far longer than the advertised 3 hours ... I believe the installation went well and should work well. This is my 5th baseplate install and this one went smoothly and the quality of the equipment seems fine.
