Yes everything you mentioned would work great.

The Demco Base Plate kit part # DM9519341 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ram 1500 which will work great with the Demco Excali-Bar III part # DM9511013, the SBS Second Vehicle kit part # SM99209 is correct for your situation since you already have the rest of the kit installed on your motorhome, if you were missing the jumper hose you'd need the part # SM99666 you referenced as well.

The tow bar lighting kit part # TR118821 will work great as well in your Ram, and part # RM-156-25 will keep your battery topped off when towing. The part # BX88206 will work great as a way to connect from the wiring of the motorhome to the tow bar wiring you'll be installing as well.
