what is the inside width of this part. I need a weld on swivel mount for my 2.5 square tube trailer jack.

The inside width of the u-bracket portion for the Bulldog Replacement Pipe Mount for Swivel Jack part # BD500339 is 2-1/4" which you can see in the photo below. I don't have any that are 2-1/2" so I'd suggest the Bulldog 2-1/4" Long, Weld-On Jack Pipe Mount for 2-1/2" Female Mount and 5/8" Pin part # BD015279.
