Question:
I just wanted to confirm that this product actually spins the tire so I can roll my trailer on it.

I spoke to my contact at Dutton-Lainson and she stated that the Trailer Spare Tire Carrier and Dolly Bracket, # DL22144, will allow the tire to spin some. It is not meant to dolly the trailer over long distances but a few turns of the wheel is more what it is made for.
