Question:

My 2021 Subaru Outback has a new this year OEM rack which doesnt have a continuous side rail to use for mounting attachments. My 2009 Hullivator needs to be mounted to cross bars long enough to overhang the side of vehicle by 4-8 inches. Please advise if fittings exist to attach a longer cross bar to the very different and not continous 2021 Subaru Outback OEM rack side rails. Alternatively do you have fittings that I can use to attach longer cross bars to the OEM Subaru cross bars. My goal would be to attach my Hullivators to the longer cross bars. Thanks much

I checked with Thule, and can verify there is a way for you to carry a Hullavator like the Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898 (and older Hullavators) on your 2021 Subaru Outback with the stowable rack system. Since there aren't fittings or extensions, what you will need to add is a roof rack.

So the correct part for the Thule roof rack for your 2021 Subaru Outback with the stowable rack system are the following:
