The HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi Item # HBA16, Tekonsha Shur-Set III Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger - Top Load - Clamp On Item # 2028, Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional Item # 39510, and the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Nissan and Infiniti Item # 3050-P are the correct parts needed top switch from a surge brake set up to an electric over hydraulic with the exception of a 7 pole plug.

If you currently have a surge brake system then it would only require a 4 pole because you only need electrical power to the lights. The electric over hydraulic system would need power to the actuator and a signal for the brake controller.

If you do not currently have a 7 pole plug I recommend the HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness - 1,600 psi Item # HS381-9067. This kit comes with everything you need with the exception of the brake controller for the vehicle. It is designed for marine applications and the junction box makes it very easy to wire everything together.
