Yakima does not sell pads for the JayHook Kayak Carrier, part # Y04084. However, this carrier is already padded on all points where contact with the kayak is made, and it is a great choice to transport you kayaks. I've linked to a video review of this carrier for you to look at.

As for the crossbars for your 2019 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed, the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # Y01151-59, is also a great choice. I've linked to a video review of this as well.
