Question:
Hi, I’m interested in a Jetstream Yakima roof rack package to fit my 2020 Ford Escape with no existing rails or crossbars. Do you have any 2020 Ford Escape specific Yakima roof rack videos or instructions on how to install a roof rack system? I want to see how the roof rack package will look and how to specifically install one on a 2020 Ford Escape. I’m having a hard time picturing where to install the brackets on my car. Thank you

The Yakima Jetstream bars will be an excellent accessory added to your Ford Escape. At this time, we do not have in our video or photo library a visual of these crossbars or a roof rack on a 2020 Ford Escape with a naked roof though.
The installation process for Yakima BaseLine Towers Part # Y28TR, BaseClips Part # Y06137, and Jetstream Bars Part # Y00425, will be about the same through various applications. With the parts above, when mounting this roof rack to a naked roof, it allows the rack to go around the roof and into the door jam. If you are looking to get a visual or know where to plant the towers/base when installing, Yakima states the measurement from the top edge of your front windshield, to the front of the base on the front crossbar to be 9". Then from the front edge of the front cross bar to the front edge of the rear cross bar needs to be 28".
I have added to this page an installation of the roof rack you are looking for, although it is not specific to your vehicle, it does give you the process for the installation on a naked roof such as your 2020 Ford Escape.
