Can the spare tire be removed on a 2020 Kia Sorrento with the hitch installed?

Expert Reply:
It sure can. You might need to push the spare a couple of inches toward the front of the vehicle as it's lowered or raised to clear the hitch, but you'll have no problem whatsoever using the spare if need be.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # HM11143965 if your Sorento has the factory tow package or # 118583 if it does NOT have the tow package. For a ball mount, use # 2753 and # 19260 for a1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
