What Is the Minimum Drop of the 2.5" Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank with 9" Drop

Question:
I know the max on #EQ94FR is 9, but what is the minimum ? Currently I have the shank which came with my Equalizer hitch setup, which should be a 3, but I have a new truck now which has a 3inch lift kit on it, so my receiver sits 3inch higher. At 3inch my trailer is riding almost an 1inch high, which I know is in the tolerance, but I would like to get it more level if I can.
