Question:
Hello, Im fixing to purchase the following hitch for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and want to confirm the mounting bolts are included or if I need to purchase separate. Please advise, etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2 - e98901

There is actually no hardware that comes with or is needed to purchase separately for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98901 or its counterpart, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13182, both of which fit your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee (the only difference being the black matte finish of the etrailer hitch vs. the glossier black of the Curt).
The reason why is that the hitch will install with existing bolts on your 2019 Grand Cherokee, as you can see by the accompanying cut out of the linked directions, and no other bolts are required.
I have added a link below to a video showing an install on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13182.
The process will be exactly the same for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98901.
Additionally, if you need a trailer wiring harness, the correct part for your Cherokee depends on if you have the factory tow package or not. If you DO have the factory tow package the correct harness is T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118384. If you do NOT have the factory tow package the harness you need is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118727.
To mount it you can use Brophy Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # BK4F with No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket # 18140.
