Will this 60inch trailer guide connect to my trailer and which brackets would I need? Please see the attached picture of my trailer. THanks for the help

The # CE27648 Guide Ons you'd looked at are designed for I-beam trailer frame members, from the photo you provided, it looks like your frame members are a simple boxed in rectangular tube. If that's the case, and the frame members aren't more than 3 inches wide and 4-1/4 inches tall, I'd recommend the # CE27640. These guide ons are exactly the same, but the mounts are designed for a tubular or C-channel frame like you show in the photo. You can see how the guide-ons are installed in the video I've linked for you. Please note, the guide on mounting brackets need about 6 inches of frame to be unobstructed from the side. It's hard to see from your photo, but if you have open frame space between the shown step and the fender, that would be an ideal place to mount the guide ons.
