Hi need to know what size covers I need for my 5th wheel. Size is 215/75R17.5

Your 215/75-17.5 are just over 30 inches in diameter. For tire storage covers, I'd recommend the Adco Tyre Gards, part # 290-3952, which includes 2 covers. For a tandem axle 5th wheel, you'd need two sets.
