looking for tandem axles in 70 spring centers, 85 hub face. Request one axle have elec. brake capability.

We carry a Dexter 6K axle that comes very close to the measurements you specified. The # 8327826-EB has an 86-1/2 inch hub face to hub face dimension, which means it would only be 3/4 of an inch longer on each side which should still work well for you. The spring seats are 71-1/2 inches apart, but they could easily be removed and new ones could be tacked in place using part # TRSS300 which are sold individually.

The # 8327826-EB comes complete with electric brake assemblies and a hub/drum with a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern. The bearings, races, grease seals, grease caps, wheel studs, lug nuts and wheel bearing grease are included.

For an idler (non-brake) axle, you'd need # 8327826 and for idler hubs, use # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K which includes the bearings, races, seals, grease caps, lug nuts and grease.
