If your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee sags significantly in the rear with the trailer attached, or the gross trailer weight is 50 % or more of your gross vehicle weight a weight distribution system would be a good idea to help evenly distribute weight from the trailer across all of the vehicle and trailers axles and make for a more enjoyable towing experience. From my research your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee weighs roughly 4500lbs, which makes your 3500lb travel trailer roughly 75 % of your vehicle's gross vehicle weight.
Weight distribution systems are offered in tongue weight ratings, and with the information you provided I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0450 which is made for a tongue weight between 100lbs and 450lbs, and will level your vehicle and trailer to help spread the additional weight between all of your vehicle's and trailer's axles. You will also need a hitch ball with a 1 inch shank diameter that matches your trailer's coupler. I included a link to all of our 1 inch shank hitch balls for you.
Keep in mind the total tongue weight is the tongue weight from your loaded trailer, and any cargo located behind the rear axle of your vehicle.
If your total tongue weight ends up being over 450lbs I recommend the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU36FR which will work with the total tongue weight between 200lbs - 600lbs.
I included a few helpful articles that go over weight distribution systems and a video for the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0450 that highlights the benefits of weight distribution for you to take a look at.
