I may have a solution that would work, but the # IMF18821 comes with adapters for 1-1/4" and 1-3/4" bars and the 1-5/8" bars on the Thule TracRac are going to be a bit too small for this. Additionally, all of the round bar ratchet straps we carry have the same adapters.

Because the Thule TracRac has tie down loops and load stops built onto the rack, you can use standard ratchet straps like the Retractable Ratchet Straps for Thule TracRac Truck Bed Ladder Racks - Qty 2 # CBTH12. These straps are designed to fit in the top slots on your TracRac.
