Question:
Besides the weights, is there a difference?

There are a few differences between the standard Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2598 and the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2706, which are the correct fits for a 2015 Ram 2500.
You mentioned one, which is the standard duty # F2598 has a 5,000 lb capacity and can accept up to 100 psi, while the Red Label # F2706 have a 7,500 lb capacity and are rated to accept up to 150 psi. But the other differences are that the Red Label air bags do NOT fit if your '15 Ram 2500 has the factory air suspension system, and heavier-duty brackets made to support the larger weight that can be put on the Red Label bags.
Having said that, unless you are towing something very heavy on a regular basis, your 2015 Ram 2500's suspension will be supported wonderfully with the standard-duty Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2598.
If your Ram is being used often to carry or tow significant weight, that's when you would want the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2706.
No matter which option you need, the Firestone bags are easily the best choice to add air bags to your truck because their construction - four layers of reinforced rubber - is a thicker, more reliable and durable construction than other air bags.
