Question:
My tow vehicle is a 2019 Chevy Suburban. I understand there have been voltage issues with late-model 2019 and up Silverados and GMC Sierras which require an adaptor. Will my Suburban have the same issues?

I don't have a complete list of vehicles the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter part # FR87PR is needed on to use the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System part # FOS43TASF. I am aware it is required for the 2019+ GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado but not certain on the GMC Yukon or Chevy Suburban.
That said, the issue is that the vehicle's trailers running light circuit is not putting out a full 12 volts so you could easily test this yourself with a volt meter to ensure compatibility beforehand. I do believe it would be needed due to the similarity between the truck and SUV models.
If you would prefer a more permanent solution then you can splice in the PWM Filter # VGR64VR behind your camera to ensure that it always has a steady current flowing to it.
