Replacement 2 inch Hitch Adapter for Thule Roadway 4 Bike Rack

I have an older Thule Roadway 4 bike rack. I purchased it used without the 2inch adapter, and my vehicle hitch is 2. In order for the 1 1/4inch hitch to fit my 2inch hitch do i need to purchase the following: Part # 853-7292 Thule aluminum shank, 10inches Part # 853-5787-02 M6 x 16mm flat cap screw Part #908-1240-54 12x40mm hitch bolt - But 40mm is shorter than the 2inch hitch so it wont go completely through? Thank you!
