Question:

Hi, I had a hitch installed on my 2003 Odyssey and my question is will the swagman xtc2 tilt work or fit a class 3 with 2 in. receiver ?

The Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Trailer Hitches # S64670 will work well on a Class III 2 inch receiver. You will want to measure from the hitch pin hole of your receiver to the outside edge of your bumper to determine clearance. As long as that measurement is under 8 inches it will work fine. This rack however does not tilt.

If you want a tilting option, then the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack # S64683 is my recommendation and it requires 6 inches from hitch pin hole for clearance when folded.
